Lisa has significant experience in managing both businesses and operational teams, ensuring the delivery of outcomes through people and process while achieving the objectives of the organisation. Lisa has particular expertise in leading and coaching people, process effectiveness and continual improvement, finance and operations management. She holds a Master of Applied Finance from Victoria University, and her career to date has included management roles within the finance, education and health sectors.  Lisa has held senior management roles with a number of high-profile organisations such as the Selwyn Foundation, Barnardos, Southern Cross Healthcare and National Australia Bank.
