Lisa is our highly experienced General Manager. She has significant experience in managing both businesses and operational teams, ensuring the delivery of outcomes through people and process while achieving the objectives of the organisation.
Prior to joining the Thomson Wilson team in March 2020, Lisa held senior management roles with a number of high-profile organisations and has gained experience in various sectors including, banking, finance, education, health and the retirement village sector. Lisa has over 20 years experience in being responsible for all elements of leading a successful business – strategy, people & culture, operations, finance, information technology and marketing.
