Vaughan specialises in business law, property law, and trust law.
He acts for many of Northland’s leading business owners across a broad range of industries, including building and construction, utilities and networks, farming and forestry, and aged care. Vaughan also advises individuals in relation to their personal affairs and does work for several public sector organisations.
Clients appreciate Vaughan’s ability to tackle complex transactions and his general business nous. His experience includes advising clients on the buying and selling of property and businesses, leases, subdivision developments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, regulatory compliance, asset planning, and trusts.
