3.1. Questionnaires do not constitute legal advice.The online questionnaires contain general, non-specific information designed to help people to fill out the questionnaires. In using a questionnaire you acknowledge that the information in the questionnaires does not constitute legal advice.
3.2. Accuracy of information you provide. You confirm that all information you submit in an online questionnaire is complete and accurate. If your information changes you must provide Thomson Wilson with updated information. Once you have submitted your information using an online questionnaire you will not be able to change it online. When you submit an online questionnaire this will constitute a request by you for Thomson Wilson to represent you but will not create a lawyer-client relationship. If Thomson Wilson accepts your instructions Thomson Wilson will send you with an engagement letter confirming this and setting out the terms applying to the engagement. Thomson Wilson reserves the right not to accept your instructions if Thomson Wilson has cause to refuse to act under the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Lawyers: Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2008, in which case Thomson Wilson will inform you of this by contacting you using the contact details you have provided.
